Start-up Visa Program     

Canada’s Start-up Visa Program seeks immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that are innovative, can create jobs for Canadians and can compete globally.

To be eligible for the Start-up Visa Program, you must have a qualifying business, have a letter of support from a designated organization, be fluent in one of the two official languages in Canada and have enough money to settle in Canada. Once you meet these requirements, you may qualify to immigrate to Canada under the Start-up Visa Program if you have an innovative business idea and you find support for your idea from one of the designated organizations.
